Being in India has its advantages and its hardships , travelling in the steps of the master. To keep up with him is definitely hard even for a experienced India traveller like me .
I went to all programs on the last tour and found out that a open heart and a "jai sat chit anand" was more helpful then a Smartcard to get in to events. Thing are getting a bit more relaxed .
The surprise birthday event which had rumours about it runnng around a month ahead of time was a pleasant surprise. The first day we got to see videos from the public tour; the second day was a surprise event. And what a surprise!. The video flashed black and the sound disappeared and there was Maharaji on stage and he did not say word. After a long 30 minute wait, the sound and screen came alive again. He sat there so patiently, just waiting. He said that some intellectual had changed the generator.
On his birthday in the morning there was an expression session and then in the afternoon Indian premies had prepared a sketch, theatre and show programme, representing their own communities. It went on for two hours and then Maharaji left the state. It was sooo still and nobody moved for a long time and the feeling of peace was captured inside.
